Job Description

Scheels All Sports is looking for an experienced Clothing Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting, pricing, and displaying clothing products to meet customer needs and company objectives.The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. They must also have the ability to craft creative and innovative displays that are focused on increasing sales. The successful candidate should be organized, analytical, and have a clear understanding of merchandise trends.We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has an impressive track record in merchandising. Responsibilities:

  1. Review customer needs and company objectives to select and price appropriate clothing products.
  2. Craft creative and innovative displays aimed at increasing sales.
  3. Monitor merchandise trends and analyze data to inform purchasing decisions.
  4. Maintain an organized and clean store environment.
  5. Ensure accurate inventory management and stock replenishment.
  6. Communicate effectively with store personnel and vendors.
  7. Collaborate with store teams to create successful promotional strategies.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot customer issues.
  10. Stay up-to-date with new trends and fashion styles.
