Responsibilities:

1. Design creative and attractive displays of clothing that will be appealing to customers.
2. Work closely with the team to come up with innovative merchandising strategies and ideas.
3. Monitor sales trends and make appropriate adjustments to the merchandise selection.
4. Ensure a consistently high level of customer service by providing a high level of product knowledge.
5. Maintain inventory levels to ensure that the merchandise is adequately stocked.
6. Research fashion trends and provide feedback and recommendations to the team.
7. Analyze sales data and identify areas of improvement.
8. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
9. Determine target markets and create promotional campaigns to reach them.
10. Monitor competitor activities and ensure that the store is offering competitive prices.
