The Barista will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers by providing customer service and product knowledge. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service and communication skills, along with a passion for providing a great customer experience. Responsibilities:

1. Create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.
2. Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
3. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
6. Follow all company policies and procedures.
7. Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
8. Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.
9. Take customer orders in a timely manner and accurately enter them into the POS system.
10. Assist in restocking and inventory management.
