1. Monitor and patrol store to identify suspicious behavior and potential theft.
2. Track and report losses and provide recommendations for improvement.
3. Respond to incidents and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Utilize surveillance and other security systems to monitor store activity.
5. Investigate incidents of theft and fraud.
6. Maintain a safe working environment for customers and staff.
7. Investigate any potential safety hazards.
8. Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed.
9. Assist in training and educating store staff on loss prevention and safety protocols.
10. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with store personnel.
