Responsibilities of an Asset Protection Associate:

1. Monitor all areas of the store to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and associates.
2. Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with company policies and procedures.
3. Investigate suspicious activity and other potential security risks.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
5. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of loss prevention principles and methods.
6. Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
7. Train and maintain awareness of store associates on asset protection procedures.
8. Prepare incident reports and other documentation as needed.
9. Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
10. Work independently and as part of a team.
11. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
12. Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
