Asset Protection Associate
Scheels All Sports is an exciting and fast-paced environment, so we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Asset Protection Associate. The ideal candidate for this role will have a keen eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.We require the following qualifications: a High School Diploma or GED; 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, retail, or security role; basic computer knowledge; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Monitor security cameras and respond to any suspicious activities.
- Greet customers and answer any questions they have.
- Ensure store safety and security by patrolling the store and responding to any incidents.
- Assist customers in locating merchandise and providing excellent customer service.
- Confirm and verify customer purchases for accuracy.
- Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of criminal law.
- Remain current on First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Provide employees with training in safety and security protocols.
- Assist with inventory control and loss prevention strategies.
