  • Previous Management Experience: A Successful Store Manager At Save Mart Supermarkets Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing A Team And Running A Retail Operation. This Could Include Experience As A Department Manager, Assistant Manager, Or Store Manager At A Similar Type Of Store.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: The Store Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Aspects Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, Customer Service, And Financial Management. This Knowledge Will Help Them Effectively Manage The Store And Make Informed Decisions.
