High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Is Required For This Role To Ensure Basic Educational Qualifications Are Met.
Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Highly Desirable For A Service Specialist At Save Mart Supermarkets. This Includes Experience In A Retail Or Grocery Store Setting.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Service Specialist, The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Customers And Team Members Is Essential. This Includes Both Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations: A Solid Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Cash Handling, Inventory Management, And Customer Service Best Practices, Is Important For This Role.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours: Save Mart Supermarkets Operates On A Flexible Schedule, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays. A Service Specialist Should Be Able To Work These Hours As Needed.
