• Receive and inspect incoming merchandise from vendors and delivery trucks
• Accurately record and log all received merchandise into inventory system

• Organize and maintain receiving area to ensure efficient flow of merchandise
• Communicate with store management and vendors regarding any issues or delays with deliveries
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate transfer of merchandise to sales floor
• Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or overages to management
• Follow proper safety protocols and procedures when handling and storing merchandise
• Assist in unloading and stocking merchandise on sales floor as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal staff
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
