1. Assist department manager in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
3. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
4. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
5. Maintain a clean and organized department, including proper storage and rotation of products.
6. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
7. Communicate any inventory or customer service issues to department manager in a timely manner.
8. Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed.
9. Work with department manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve department profitability.
10. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
