Experience In Retail Operations: Candidates For A Department Specialist Role At Save Mart Supermarkets Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Management Position. This Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Store Operations And Customer Service.
