  1. Assist with day-to-day operations of the Technical Operations Management team.
  2. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  4. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions.
  5. Help maintain and update operational procedures and documentation.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Background: A Working Student In Technical Operations Management At Sap Should Possess A Strong Technical Background In Areas Such As Software Engineering, Database Management, And It Infrastructure. This Will Enable Them To Understand And Effectively Manage The Technical Processes And Systems At Sap.

  • Knowledge Of Sap Systems: Familiarity With Sap Systems, Such As Sap Erp, Sap Hana, And Sap S/4Hana, Is Highly Desired For This Role. This Will Enable The Working Student To Quickly Understand And Contribute To The Technical Operations Management Processes At Sap.

  • Analytical Skills: Working Students In Technical Operations Management At Sap Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills To Identify And Solve Complex Technical Issues. They Should Be Able To Analyze Large Amounts Of Data And Come Up With Data-Driven Solutions To Improve The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Technical Processes.

  • Communication Skills: As A Working Student, You Will Be Working With A Diverse Team At Sap, Including Technical And Non-Technical Professionals. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential To Effectively Collaborate And Communicate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Clients.

  • Time Management And Multitasking Abilities: This Role Requires The Working Student To Balance Both Academic Responsibilities And Work Responsibilities. Therefore, The Ability To Manage Time Effectively And Multitask Is Crucial. The Working Student Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines While Maintaining A High Level Of Quality In Their Work.
