Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In Customer Service Is A Valuable Qualification For This Role, As It Demonstrates The Ability To Understand And Meet Customer Needs.
Time Management And Organization: As A Working Student, It Is Essential To Have Good Time Management And Organization Skills To Balance Work And Studies Effectively.
Proficiency In German And English: As This Job Is Based In Germany, Fluency In German Is Required, Along With Proficiency In English To Communicate With International Customers.
Technical Knowledge: A Basic Understanding Of Sap's Products And Services, As Well As General Technical Knowledge, Is Preferred For This Role, As It Will Help In Providing Efficient Customer Support.
