  1. Assist in the development and implementation of corporate processes and IT operations strategies.
  2. Support the team in conducting research and gathering data to improve processes and operations.
  3. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  4. Help maintain and update documentation related to corporate processes and IT operations.
  5. Participate in team meetings and provide input on projects and initiatives.
  6. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Assist with testing and troubleshooting of new systems and processes.
  8. Communicate regularly with team members to provide updates on progress and any challenges.
  9. Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the team.
  10. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in corporate processes and IT operations.
