As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the HCM space.   1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the HCM market in Canada, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HCM industry, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and proactively address potential challenges.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales approach.
  6. Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and through new client acquisition.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and continually improve sales strategies and processes.
  8. Represent the company and its products and services at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior leadership, providing updates on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant information.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all business dealings.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales And Business Development, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
