- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HCM industry, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and proactively address potential challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales approach.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and through new client acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and continually improve sales strategies and processes.

Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales And Business Development, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Sales Growth And Achieving Revenue Targets In The Hcm (Human Capital Management) Industry.
