- Develop and implement user-centric design strategies for SAP Concur Travel products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate user flows and interactions.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure design solutions meet business goals and technical requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in user experience design to constantly improve and evolve our products.
- Advocate for the importance of user experience within the organization and educate team members on UX principles.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow designers.
- Take ownership of projects and drive them from ideation to implementation.
- Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven design decisions.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In The Travel Industry Or With Sap Concur.
Proficiency In User Research Techniques, Including User Interviews, Surveys, And Usability Testing.
Strong Understanding Of Design Principles, Information Architecture, And User-Centered Design Methodologies.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Design Ideas And Solutions To Stakeholders.
