  1. Oversee the incident management process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technology issues for clients.
  2. Maintain high standards of service delivery and drive customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  5. Act as a point of escalation for critical incidents and provide guidance to team members.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring incidents.
  7. Monitor service performance and provide regular reports to management.
  8. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and continuously improve technical knowledge.
  9. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
  10. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  11. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality standards.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation and handle urgent issues outside of regular business hours.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve technical issues.
  15. Support the implementation of new technology solutions and provide post-implementation support.
