- Lead and manage a team of BASIS consultants in providing technical support and services to clients using SAP products.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of technical services.
- Monitor and track team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and escalations from clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP products and technologies, and provide guidance and training to team members.
- Act as a technical advisor to clients, offering solutions and recommendations based on their specific needs and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development within the team, providing mentorship and training as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and other departments within the company.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote SAP products and services to potential clients.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sap Basis Administration And Technical Support.
Strong Knowledge Of Sap Technologies, Including Sap Hana, Netweaver, And S/4Hana.
Experience Managing A Team Of Technical Professionals And Leading Complex Projects.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
