- Provide technical support and guidance to clients using SAP's cloud services.
- Manage and lead a team of technical service professionals, ensuring they are meeting performance goals and delivering exceptional service.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of technical services provided to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and escalations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP technologies and provide guidance on their use within the enterprise cloud services team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any technical concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor in regards to their use of SAP's cloud solutions.
- Monitor and analyze service trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process or system enhancements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for the technical service team.
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling SAP's cloud services.
- Represent the technical service team in meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical service management and make recommendations for improvement.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Sap Enterprise Cloud Services: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Sap Enterprise Cloud Services, Including Cloud-Based Infrastructure, Platform, And Application Services.
