  1. Provide expert technical support to clients using SAP software solutions.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their technical inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, utilizing your deep understanding of SAP software and systems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor for technical matters.
  6. Proactively identify potential technical issues and provide recommendations for improvement to prevent future problems.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP software updates and advancements, and effectively communicate them to clients.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of technical support specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service.
  9. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline technical support operations.
  10. Act as a liaison between clients and internal SAP teams, advocating for clients' needs and priorities.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  12. Ensure adherence to service level agreements and continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
  13. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technical services to clients.
  14. Represent SAP at industry events and conferences, showcasing our technical capabilities and expertise.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate our technical services to better meet the evolving needs of our clients.
