- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract top talent for the company.
- Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential candidates and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source potential candidates and build a strong network of potential talent.
- Act as the main point of contact for potential candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations and other talent sources to attract top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and continuously seek out new and innovative ways to attract top talent.
- Collect, analyze and report on recruitment metrics to track the success and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Continuously monitor and improve the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
Strong Understanding Of The Talent Acquisition Process: A Talent Discovery Partner At Sap Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The End-To-End Talent Acquisition Process, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, And Onboarding. They Should Also Be Familiar With Various Sourcing Techniques And Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Constant Interaction With Both Internal Stakeholders And External Candidates. A Successful Talent Discovery Partner Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Different Individuals And Build Strong Relationships.
Experience In Talent Sourcing And Assessment: Candidates For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In Talent Sourcing And Assessment, Preferably In A Similar Industry Or Role. They Should Be Able To Identify Top Talent, Evaluate Their Skills And Fit For The Organization, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations To Hiring Managers.
Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: As A Talent Discovery Partner, One Must Have A Good Understanding Of The Business And Its Objectives. They Should Also Possess Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills To Align The Talent Acquisition Strategy With The Organization's Goals.
Ability To Thrive In A Fast-Paced Environment: Sap Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Organization, And The Role Of A Talent Discovery Partner Is No Different.
