- Develop and implement recruitment strategies using SuccessFactors Recruiting for clients
- Utilize your expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting to provide guidance and solutions to clients
- Collaborate with teams and clients to identify recruitment needs and develop a plan of action
- Conduct thorough analysis of client's recruitment processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Train and educate clients on SuccessFactors Recruiting functionality and features
- Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SuccessFactors Recruiting for clients
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide support to clients during the implementation process
- Document and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure project milestones are met
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors Recruiting to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide ongoing support and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of SuccessFactors Recruiting with other systems and processes
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies for clients
- Keep track of project progress and report to management on a regular basis
- Represent SAP and the SuccessFactors Recruiting product in a professional and knowledgeable manner to clients and at industry events.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Successfactors Recruiting Implementation And Configuration
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Processes And Best Practices
Experience Working With Sf Preferred Success Tools And Methodologies
