• Develop and implement recruitment strategies using SuccessFactors Recruiting for clients
• Utilize your expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting to provide guidance and solutions to clients
• Collaborate with teams and clients to identify recruitment needs and develop a plan of action
• Conduct thorough analysis of client's recruitment processes and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Train and educate clients on SuccessFactors Recruiting functionality and features
• Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SuccessFactors Recruiting for clients
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide support to clients during the implementation process
• Document and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure project milestones are met
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors Recruiting to clients
