- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP's enterprise software solutions and how they can drive customer success and transformation.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their business needs and translate them into strategic solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client's current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for transformation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive transformation plans for clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the transformation process.
- Utilize strategic consulting skills to identify and address potential roadblocks and challenges for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives, to present solutions and gain buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify potential areas for growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply them to enhance transformation strategies for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and services to better serve clients' needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress and success of transformation initiatives to stakeholders and leadership.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Act as a brand ambassador for SAP, promoting our solutions and services to potential clients.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices, and providing support and guidance to colleagues.
Extensive Experience In Customer Transformation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Customer Transformation, Preferably In A Consulting Or Leadership Role. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Trends, Challenges, And Best Practices In Customer Transformation.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And The Ability To Understand And Analyze Complex Business Problems. They Should Also Have A Solid Grasp Of Financial Principles And Be Able To Develop And Manage Budgets For Customer Transformation Projects.
Strong Communication And Relationship Building Skills: As A Strategic Customer Transformation Partner, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Both Internally And Externally. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And The Ability To Influence And Negotiate With Senior-Level Executives.
Project Management Expertise: The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading And Managing Large-Scale, Complex Customer Transformation Projects. They Should Be Skilled In Project Planning, Risk Management, And Resource Allocation, And Have The Ability To Drive Projects To Successful Completion Within Tight Deadlines.
Knowledge Of Sap Solutions And Services: A Strong Understanding Of Sap's Products, Solutions, And Services Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience Implementing Sap Solutions In Customer Transformation Projects And Be Familiar With The Latest Updates And Innovations In The Sap Portfolio. Knowledge Of Other Technology Solutions And Platforms Is Also Desirable.
