- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on the implementation and optimization of SAP finance solutions, specifically in the area of project accounting.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert knowledge and advice on finance processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop customized solutions.
- Conduct training and workshops for customers on the use of SAP finance solutions and best practices.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Assist in the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, effectively communicating customer needs and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to finance and project accounting.
- Provide ongoing support to customers post-implementation, troubleshooting any issues and ensuring successful adoption of SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously improve and refine processes and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of finance solution delivery.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
Extensive Experience In Project Accounting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Accounting, Preferably In A Multinational Organization. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Project Cost Management, Revenue Recognition, And Project Forecasting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Finance Solutions: As A Solution Advisor, Sr. Specialist Finance - Project Accounting, The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Sap Finance Solutions, Specifically In Project Accounting. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sap's Financial Modules, Such As Sap S/4Hana Finance, Sap Fico, And Sap Project Systems.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Analyze Complex Project Data And Provide Strategic Insights. They Should Be Able To Identify Potential Risks And Opportunities And Provide Recommendations For Improvement.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Project Managers, Finance Teams, And Clients. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information And Build Strong Relationships.
