  1. Advise and guide clients on the best SAP solutions for their asset and service management processes.
  2. Utilize deep understanding of SAP solutions to enhance clients' business operations.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on asset and service management within the organization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions for clients.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in asset and service management to continuously improve recommendations and solutions.
  8. Communicate and present complex concepts and solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Lead and participate in workshops, trainings, and other knowledge-sharing activities for clients and colleagues.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional SAP solutions to clients.
  11. Work closely with sales teams to support business development efforts and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
  12. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement of SAP solutions.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent SAP as a leader in the industry.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.
