- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives, to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the South Market Unit, leveraging your network and industry knowledge.
- Understand the services industry and the market landscape to effectively position SAP's offerings and differentiate them from competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and solution experts, to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, regularly reporting on progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP's services portfolio, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Ensure smooth handover of clients to delivery teams, maintaining ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent SAP at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our services offerings.
- Collaborate with other Services Sr. Account Executives and share best practices to drive continuous improvement and achieve collective success.
Strong Sales Experience: A Services Sr. Account Executive At Sap Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Direct Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process.
Knowledge Of Sap Services: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap’s Services Portfolio, Including Implementation, Consulting, And Support Services. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Value Of These Services To Potential Customers And Identify Opportunities For Upselling And Cross-Selling.
Relationship Building Skills: As A Services Sr. Account Executive, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Customers. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of An Organization.
Strategic Thinking: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Develop A Comprehensive Account Plan To Drive Revenue Growth For The South Mu Region. They Should Be Able To Analyze Market Trends, Identify Potential Opportunities And Risks, And Develop Strategies To Achieve Sales Targets.
Team Player: Sap Values Collaboration And Teamwork, And The Services Sr. Account Executive Should Be Able To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Pre-Sales, Delivery, And Support Teams.
