Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In A Software Or Technology Company.
Demonstrated Expertise In Designing Complex Enterprise Software Products, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing User-Centered Design Solutions.
Proficiency In User Research Methods, Such As Usability Testing, Interviews, Surveys, And Persona Development.
Strong Understanding Of Design Systems, User Interface Guidelines, And Accessibility Standards, With Experience In Designing For Multiple Platforms (Web, Mobile, Desktop).
