  1. Develop user-centered design solutions for SAP Concur's products and services, with a focus on creating seamless and intuitive user experiences.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to understand user needs and business requirements.
  3. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
  4. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables that effectively communicate the user experience.
  5. Create high-fidelity designs and work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  6. Continuously gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and data analysis.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in user experience design to drive innovation in SAP Concur's products.
  8. Advocate for a user-centered design approach throughout the organization and educate team members on UX design principles.
  9. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the UX design team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In User Experience Design: A Senior User Experience Designer At Sap Concur Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Ux Design, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Work On Complex Enterprise Software Applications.

  • Proficiency In Sap Concur: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap Concur, Its Features, And Functionality. They Should Also Have Experience In Designing For The Sap Ecosystem And Be Familiar With Its Design Guidelines And Standards.

  • Strong Design Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Ux Designer, The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Using Design Thinking Methodologies To Solve Complex User Problems And Enhance The Overall User Experience.

  • Collaborative And Leadership Skills: The Role Of A Senior Ux Designer At Sap Concur Requires Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Product Managers, And Other Designers. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Drive The Design Process And Advocate For The User's Needs.
