  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the success and growth of the enterprise cloud services division
  • Lead a team of technical service professionals and provide guidance, coaching and training as needed
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their technical service needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology to ensure SAP remains a leader in the market
  • Manage the technical service budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall service experience for clients
  • Regularly communicate with senior management to provide updates on service performance and escalate any critical issues
  • Continuously review and improve service processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Technical Knowledge And Experience In Cloud Computing: As A Senior Technical Service Manager For Enterprise Cloud Services At Sap, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Technologies, Including Infrastructure, Platform, And Software As A Service (Iaas, Paas, And Saas).
