  1. Lead and manage a team of technical service professionals to provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients utilizing our enterprise cloud services.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for continuously improving the quality and efficiency of technical services provided to clients.
  3. Proactively identify and address potential technical issues and challenges to ensure the smooth operation of our enterprise cloud services.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical concerns, escalations, and service requests.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to promote their professional growth and development.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously enhance and innovate our technical services.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized technical solutions to meet their business requirements.
  9. Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles, to support the efficient delivery of technical services.
  10. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure service level agreements are met.
  11. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our enterprise cloud services to existing clients.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and brand at all times.

Job Qualifications
