Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Cloud Services team, ensuring quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement technical service strategies and robust processes for delivering cloud services.
- Ensure that cloud architecture, security, and agile methodologies are adhered to.
- Monitor and review the technical service delivery team's performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as needed.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is up-to-date on the latest technologies.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and maintain open lines of communication.
- Provide coaching and professional development to team members.
- Manage team budgets and resources.
- Monitor service level agreements and ensure compliance.
