  13. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  14. Collaborate with development teams to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Sap Technology: The Senior Support Engineer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap Products And Solutions, Including Sap Hana, S/4Hana, And Other Related Technologies. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot Complex Issues And Provide Effective Solutions To Customers.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Software Development, Database Management, And System Administration. They Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, Abap, And Sql, And Have Experience With Tools Like Sap Solution Manager And Sap Hana Studio.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Senior Support Engineer Will Be Working Closely With Customers, And Therefore Should Have Excellent Communication Skills. They Should Be Able To Explain Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner And Build Strong Relationships With Customers.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Senior Support Engineer, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Think Creatively To Find Solutions To Complex Technical Issues. They Should Also Have A Proactive Approach To Troubleshooting And Be Able To Work Under Pressure To Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Team Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing A Team Of Support Engineers And Driving Them Towards Success.
