- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company's internal controls framework in compliance with SOX regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all SOX compliance activities, including scoping, risk assessment, testing, and remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address control deficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in SOX regulations and implement necessary updates to the internal controls framework.

- Communicate with auditors and management to address any findings or recommendations related to SOX compliance.
- Lead and participate in special projects related to process improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the status of SOX compliance activities to senior management.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on SOX compliance matters.
- Analyze and evaluate potential impacts of new business processes or systems on SOX compliance.

In-Depth Understanding Of Sarbanes-Oxley (Sox) Compliance Regulations And Requirements: A Senior Sox Specialist At Sap Must Have A Thorough Knowledge Of Sox Regulations And Be Able To Interpret And Apply Them In A Complex Business Environment.
Extensive Experience In A Similar Role: Sap Is Looking For Candidates With A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sox Compliance, Preferably In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
