  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.

  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position SAP's solutions in the market.
  8. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  9. Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
  10. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results to management.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for SAP, representing the company's values and reputation in the market.
  12. Continuously enhance knowledge of SAP's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
  13. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  14. Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Senior Solution Sales Executive At Sap Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Software Sales, Preferably In A B2B Environment. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: As A Senior Solution Sales Executive, One Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap's Products And Solutions, As Well As The Ability To Articulate Their Value To Potential Customers. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of The Competitive Landscape And Be Able To Position Sap's Offerings Effectively.

  • Strategic Thinking: A Senior Solution Sales Executive Must Be Able To Think Strategically And Develop Long-Term Sales Plans That Align With Sap's Overall Business Objectives. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities, As Well As Maintain And Grow Existing Customer Relationships.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Sales Team, The Solution Sales Executive Must Have Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Sales Professionals. This Includes The Ability To Set Clear Goals, Provide Guidance And Support, And Hold Team Members Accountable For Their Performance.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Senior Solution Sales Executive Should Have Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, Both Written And Verbal.
