  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for SAP's finance and spend management solutions in the Midwest region.
  2. Identify and target potential clients in the finance industry, including CFOs, finance directors, and other key decision-makers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  4. Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  5. Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of SAP's finance and spend management solutions to potential clients.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless sales process and successful implementation for clients.
  7. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  9. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.
  10. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to upper management on a regular basis.
  11. Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge and industry expertise to effectively position SAP's solutions in the market.
  12. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  13. Mentor and train junior sales team members to support their professional growth and development.
  14. Represent SAP in a professional and positive manner at all times, adhering to company values and ethics.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Solution Sales, Preferably In The Finance And Spend Management Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Finance And Spend Management Processes And Solutions, Including Software And Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders At All Levels Of An Organization.
