- Participate in the development and review of product specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues during the development process.
- Lead quality audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards and objectives.
Extensive Experience In Quality Assurance: A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Software Development Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Standards And Processes: Strong Understanding Of Quality Assurance Methodologies, Standards, And Best Practices Such As Iso 9001, Agile, And Six Sigma.
Proficiency In Testing Tools And Methodologies: Expertise In Test Automation, Performance Testing, And Functional Testing Tools Such As Selenium, Jmeter, And Hp Alm.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Ability To Analyze Complex Problems, Identify Root Causes, And Develop Effective Solutions To Ensure High-Quality Products.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: Proven Ability To Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Quality Improvements And Ensure Alignment With Project Goals.
