  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality for software products.
  2. Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of software products to identify and report any bugs or issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
  4. Utilize various testing tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot software issues.
  5. Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  6. Document and communicate test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
  7. Train and mentor junior quality assurance team members.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate product quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in quality assurance.
  10. Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues related to product quality.
  11. Participate in the development and review of product specifications and requirements.
  12. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues during the development process.
  13. Lead quality audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Quality Assurance: A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Software Development Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Standards And Processes: Strong Understanding Of Quality Assurance Methodologies, Standards, And Best Practices Such As Iso 9001, Agile, And Six Sigma.

  • Proficiency In Testing Tools And Methodologies: Expertise In Test Automation, Performance Testing, And Functional Testing Tools Such As Selenium, Jmeter, And Hp Alm.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Ability To Analyze Complex Problems, Identify Root Causes, And Develop Effective Solutions To Ensure High-Quality Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: Proven Ability To Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Quality Improvements And Ensure Alignment With Project Goals.
