- Lead and manage the successful delivery of complex enterprise cloud services projects for clients across industries and sizes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and support, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively finding solutions to ensure project success.
- Facilitate effective project meetings and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, providing support and guidance to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to cloud technologies and project management.
- Represent SAP at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in enterprise cloud services.
Extensive Project Management Experience: A Senior Project Manager At Sap Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Large-Scale, Complex Projects In The Ecs (Enterprise Cloud Services) Domain. This Experience Should Include Successful Delivery Of Projects Within Budget And Timeline Constraints.
Knowledge Of Ecs Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap’s Ecs Solutions And Their Implementation, Including Sap S/4Hana Cloud, Sap Successfactors, And Sap Ariba. This Knowledge Will Enable The Senior Project Manager To Effectively Oversee The Implementation And Integration Of These Solutions For Clients.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Role, The Project Manager Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Manage Cross-Functional Teams, Communicate With Stakeholders, And Drive Project Success. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Resolve Conflicts, And Provide Clear And Concise Updates To Stakeholders.
Project Management Certification: A Senior Project Manager At Sap Should Hold A Recognized Project Management Certification Such As Pmp (Project Management Professional) Or Prince2 (Projects In Controlled Environments). This Certification Demonstrates The Candidate’s Knowledge And Expertise In Project Management Methodologies And Best Practices.
Business Acumen: In Addition To Technical Expertise, A Senior Project Manager At Sap Should Possess Strong Business Acumen.
