- Lead and oversee all project management activities for the P&C Service Delivery Team.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, while maintaining high quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues.
- Act as a liaison between the P&C Service Delivery Team and clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination on project deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and foster a positive working relationship with all stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in P&C service delivery processes.
- Represent the company and promote its values and mission to clients and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of new service delivery strategies and solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Provide support and guidance to project managers on complex or high-priority projects.

Project Management Experience: A Senior Pmo For P&C Service Delivery Team At Sap Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The It Industry. They Should Be Well-Versed In Project Management Methodologies And Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Senior Pmo, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Stakeholders At All Levels, Both Internal And External. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Project Updates, Risks, And Issues To All Involved Parties.
Knowledge Of Sap Products: Since The Role Is With Sap, The Senior Pmo Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sap Products And Services, Specifically In The P&C (Property & Casualty) Domain. This Knowledge Will Help Them In Understanding The Project Requirements, Identifying Potential Risks, And Providing Effective Solutions.
Leadership Abilities: A Senior Pmo Is Expected To Lead A Team Of Project Managers And Coordinators, So They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Team Members To Achieve Project Goals, Resolve Conflicts, And Make Decisions In The Best Interest Of The Project.
