- Design and implement highly automated and scalable solutions for our internal Business Technology Platform (BTP) environment.
- Monitor and maintain the technical infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning of the platform and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient DevOps processes.
- Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and processes to automate deployment and configuration of applications and services.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines to enable faster and more reliable software delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices, and recommend improvements to the existing infrastructure.
- Conduct regular performance and security audits and implement necessary measures to ensure a secure and high-performing environment.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on DevOps best practices and help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to plan and execute disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status of the BTP environment and any potential risks or issues.
Extensive Experience With Sap's Internal Btp Environment: A Senior Devops Engineer At Sap Should Have A Deep Understanding And Experience Working With Sap's Internal Btp Environment, Including Its Architecture, Tools, And Processes.
Strong Knowledge Of Devops Principles And Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Devops Principles And Best Practices, Such As Continuous Integration And Delivery, Infrastructure As Code, And Automation.
Proficiency In Cloud Technologies: As Sap's Btp Environment Is Based On Cloud Technologies, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding And Experience Working With Cloud Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud.
