  1. Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions for SAP C4C applications.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain DevOps processes and tools.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot production environments to ensure uptime and performance.
  4. Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
  5. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance the cloud operations environment.
  6. Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.
  7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to support customer inquiries and escalations.
  8. Analyze system metrics and logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  9. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
  10. Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations.
  11. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents in a timely manner.
  12. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure smooth deployment and release management processes.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on project status and escalate issues when necessary.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to cloud operations and DevOps.
  15. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues in the cloud environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Devops Tools And Methodologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Devops Principles And Be Proficient In Using Various Devops Tools Such As Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Etc. They Should Also Have Experience Implementing Devops Processes In A Cloud Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Cloud Platform: A Senior Devops Engineer Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sap Cloud Platform And Its Various Components. This Includes Knowledge Of Sap Cloud Platform Infrastructure, Services, And Operations.

  • Strong Scripting And Automation Skills: A Key Responsibility Of A Senior Devops Engineer Is To Automate Manual Processes And Tasks. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Scripting Skills And Be Proficient In Using Automation Tools Such As Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Etc.

  • Experience In Cloud Operations And Infrastructure Management: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Cloud Infrastructure And Be Able To Manage And Monitor Cloud Services Effectively. This Includes Experience With Aws, Azure, Or Other Cloud Providers, As Well As Knowledge Of Networking, Security, And Virtualization.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills: A Senior Devops Engineer Should Be Able To Troubleshoot Complex Issues And Provide Solutions Quickly. They Should Also Have Excellent Communication Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
