- Manage and grow relationships with strategic customers using SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business needs and providing guidance on how to best utilize SAP's solutions to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with clients to develop long-term success plans and proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong and positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Extensive Experience In Customer Success Management: A Senior Customer Success Manager At Sap Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Customer Relationships And Delivering Exceptional Customer Satisfaction. They Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Success Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
