Senior Consultant- SPM/eSSP/PLM

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and business goals related to sales performance management, enterprise service and support planning, and product lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement solutions using SAP technology to address clients' specific challenges and requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP's SPM/eSSP/PLM offerings, staying up-to-date on new features and enhancements to provide the best possible solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the SPM/eSSP/PLM space.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and high-quality results.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of SAP's SPM/eSSP/PLM software.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to sales performance management, enterprise service and support planning, and product lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for future business.
- Represent SAP at industry events and conferences to showcase our SPM/eSSP/PLM solutions and expertise.
Extensive Experience In Sap Project Management (Spm): A Senior Consultant For Spm/Essp/Plm At Sap Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Sap Project Management. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Spm Process And Be Able To Effectively Manage Large-Scale Projects.
Strong Knowledge Of Essp And Plm Modules: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap's Essp (Enterprise Support Services Platform) And Plm (Product Lifecycle Management) Modules. They Should Have Experience In Implementing, Configuring, And Troubleshooting These Modules For Clients.
Proficiency In Sap Solution Manager: Sap Solution Manager Is A Critical Tool For Managing Projects And Ensuring Smooth Implementation Of Sap Solutions. A Senior Consultant For Spm/Essp/Plm Should Be Well-Versed In This Tool And Be Able To Leverage Its Functionalities To Optimize Project Delivery.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Consultant, This Role Requires Strong Communication And Leadership Skills. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Manage Project Teams, And Provide Guidance And Direction To Junior Consultants.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: A Senior Consultant Should Be Up-To-Date With The Latest Industry Best Practices And Trends In Spm, Essp, And Plm. They Should Be Able To Provide Expert Advice To Clients On How To Optimize And Improve Their Business Processes Using Sap Solutions.
