  1. Oversee the successful delivery of cloud services to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  3. Lead a team of delivery managers to effectively execute on project plans and meet client expectations.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, including sales, technical support, and operations.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to existing clients.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cloud services industry and keep up-to-date with market trends.
  8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance the overall client experience.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and promote a culture of high performance and accountability.
  11. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for achieving business objectives and driving growth.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and share knowledge and insights with the team.
  13. Travel to client locations as needed to ensure successful project delivery and maintain strong relationships.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Project Management Skills: A Senior Client Delivery Manager At Sap Must Possess Exceptional Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Execute, And Monitor Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders And Deliver Them Within Budget And Timeline.
