  1. Lead and manage the delivery of SAP's business software solutions to our clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  4. Develop project plans, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  5. Manage project budgets and resources effectively to meet project goals and objectives.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project delivery, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  7. Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
  8. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  9. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Continuously assess and improve delivery processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions and drive customer success.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide project updates and escalate any issues or concerns.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support the development of proposals and client presentations.
  14. Uphold SAP's values and represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
