- Lead and facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer innovation team.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with customer needs and business goals.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile principles, practices, and values to foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
- Identify and remove any impediments or roadblocks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals.
- Act as a servant leader, empowering the team to make decisions and take ownership of their work.
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and teams to coordinate dependencies and ensure successful project delivery.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders, Including Customers, Product Owners, And Development Teams.
A Deep Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Their Application In Delivering Customer-Centric Solutions.
Experience Working With Sap Products And Technology, And A Solid Understanding Of Sap's Customer Base And Industry Trends.
