- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top young professionals to the SAP Young Professionals Program in Angola.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations of candidates to ensure they meet the program's requirements and align with SAP's values and culture.
- Plan and execute a detailed onboarding process for selected candidates, including orientation, training, and integration into the organization.

- Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of program participants, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment for program participants, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as universities and professional associations, to promote the program and build relationships that support the development of young professionals in Angola.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to continuously improve the program and ensure its relevance and effectiveness.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Information Technology, Or Engineering.
Fluency In English And Portuguese, Both Written And Spoken.
Knowledge Of Sap Solutions And Technologies, Or A Willingness To Learn And Become Certified.
