- Attract and recruit talented young professionals to join the SAP Young Professionals Program.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and potential for success within the program.
- Provide information and answer questions about the program and its benefits to interested candidates.
- Create and implement strategies to engage and retain program participants.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver training and development programs for program participants.
- Mentor and guide program participants throughout their journey, providing support and resources as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of program participants.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for program participants.
- Develop relationships with universities and other organizations to promote the program and attract potential candidates.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the program to meet the needs and expectations of young professionals.
- Represent SAP and the Young Professionals Program at events and conferences to raise awareness and attract potential candidates.
- Collaborate with other departments within SAP to identify potential job opportunities for program participants upon completion of the program.
- Serve as a liaison between program participants and the company, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the SAP Young Professionals Program.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Sap Software And Systems, With A Focus On One Or More Specific Modules (E.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources).
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
Previous Experience With Sap Implementation, Support, Or Consulting Projects Is Preferred.
