- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions by leveraging your deep understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors and stay updated on the latest product developments and updates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing continuous support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and project plans.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects by managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the project implementation process.
- Continuously identify and recommend process improvements and best practices for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings to provide innovative and efficient solutions to clients.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure a smooth project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and train junior team members on SAP SuccessFactors implementations and best practices.
- Adhere to SAP's coding and development standards and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
- Represent SAP at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the company's SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Extensive Experience In Sap Successfactors Implementation: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Sap Successfactors Solutions For Clients In The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia (Ksa). This Experience Should Cover All Aspects Of The Implementation Process, Including Project Planning, Requirements Gathering, System Design, Configuration, Testing, And Deployment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Successfactors Modules: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Successfactors Modules, Including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, And Succession & Development. They Should Also Have Expertise In Integrating These Modules With Other Sap Solutions, Such As Sap Erp Or Sap S/4Hana.
Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Technical Background, With Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Abap, Or Sql. They Should Also Have Experience With Sap Cloud Platform, Sap Hana, And Other Relevant Technologies. This Will Allow Them To Design And Develop Custom Solutions To Meet The Unique Requirements Of Clients In Ksa.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Solution Architect, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Clients, Project Managers, And Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Manage Stakeholders Effectively. This Includes The Ability To Understand And Document Business Requirements, Present Technical Solutions, And Provide Regular Project Updates.
Sap Successfactors Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Certified In Sap Successfactors, With A Focus On Solution Architecture.
