  1. Provide expert knowledge and guidance on the SAP SuccessFactors platform to clients.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Design and implement customized SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with clients' business goals and objectives.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, providing timely and effective communication.
  6. Train and educate clients on the functionality of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring successful adoption and utilization.
  7. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks during the implementation process.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in HR technology to continuously improve and innovate our solutions.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  10. Utilize project management skills to ensure successful and timely completion of all implementation projects.
  11. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  12. Serve as a brand ambassador for SAP, promoting our solutions and services to potential clients.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  14. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation to ensure the long-term success and utilization of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Successfactors Suite: A Successful Candidate For This Role Must Possess A Thorough Understanding Of All Modules Within The Sap Successfactors Suite, Including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development, And Recruiting.

  • Experience In Hr/Hcm Domain: As A Solution Advisor For Sap Successfactors, A Deep Understanding Of Human Resources And Talent Management Processes Is Crucial. This Includes Experience In Areas Such As Employee Engagement, Performance Management, And Recruitment.

  • Strong Consulting And Communication Skills: The Role Of A Sap Successfactors Solution Advisor Requires The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Understand Their Business Needs, And Provide Tailored Solutions. This Requires Excellent Consulting Skills, Including The Ability To Gather Requirements, Analyze Data, And Present Recommendations.

  • Project Management Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Large-Scale Projects, Preferably In The Hr Technology Space. This Includes The Ability To Create Project Plans, Manage Timelines And Budgets, And Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Sap Certification: Sap Offers Various Certification Programs For Successfactors, And Having One Or More Of These Certifications Can Be A Significant Advantage For A Solution Advisor Role. This Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of The Sap Successfactors Suite And Can Enhance The Candidate's Credibility As A Subject Matter Expert.
