- Develop and drive innovative solutions for clients in the field of learning services, utilizing advanced knowledge and expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand client needs, and provide strategic recommendations and solutions to meet those needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP SuccessFactors, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Lead and manage client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for learning and development strategies.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to support client learning initiatives, using a variety of delivery methods and platforms.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors products and services, providing valuable insights and feedback from client interactions.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in learning and development, and proactively bring new ideas and strategies to the team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Information Technology.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Successfactors Learning Management System.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale Learning Projects.
Excellent Communication And Consulting Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
